This program is designed to introduce participants to essential concepts and practices in cybersecurity over the course of five sessions. Beginning with an overview of cybersecurity importance and common threats, sessions progress to cover types of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, basic security measures like strong passwords and encryption, securing networks with firewalls and VPNs, and best practices for data management and incident response. By the end, participants will have gained foundational knowledge to enhance their personal and organizational cybersecurity practices effectively.
